ROMAGNA & CO. was born in Milan with the intention of dedicating a particular
attention to Romagna and Emilian products.
Our battle horse is the
HANDCRAFTED PIADINA, produced daily,
coupled with a constant search for the best salami and cheese DOP and IGP.
We also wanted to select a range of regional seasonings and jams
So you can enjoy our pairings with your home.


The Piada or Piadina, today is the poor dish of Romagna Tradition,
it was already spoken in 1370. From its ancient origins it evolved,
making it a great alternative to Pizza and International Fast Food.
The piadines are produced in the laboratory, fresh every day.
Flours come from the province of Cesena, milled in stone as it once was.
It is also possible to choose the dough with flour Spelled Organic, Integral, Multicereal or Kamut flour.
